Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• In its original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product following approval, and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without explanation. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
